The Max of the Badger app is a traffic training for children (4+). With this learning app, children can practice real traffic situations in front of the kindergarten and learn the traffic rules in Switzerland in a playful way. To do this, your child navigates his character through the traffic, with the aim to reach his Gspöndli safely and follow all traffic rules. Through spoken instructions and visual assistance during the game, the individual situations and the respective traffic rules are explained by Max the Badger. Advantages at a glance Development with the involvement of a qualified teacher and a Swiss traffic cop Exercises based on real traffic situations Realistic practice of looking right and left Simple and sophisticated control mode available Left-handed mode available During the development of this learning app, a qualified pedagogue was called in to optimally adapt the traffic play to the learning behavior of 4-year-olds and to optimize comprehensibility as well as the fun factor in connection with Swiss traffic regulations. The traffic rules were defined in cooperation with a Swiss traffic cop and, if possible, simplified for the sake of clarity. The learning app consists of 5 levels, each level containing 4 traffic exercises. The app thus offers optimal traffic training that allows children to playfully prepare for their way to school or kindergarten. Exercises The traffic training offers the children the opportunity to practice the following situations:From A to B on the pavement, from A to B without trottoir Road crossing with pedestrian crossing and traffic light Road crossing with pedestrian crossing without traffic light Road crossing without pedestrian stripe and no traffic light Road crossing between parked cars The levels also take into account different weather conditions (sunshine, rain, fog) as well as day and night variations. Important Notes Learning with the app does not replace practice with parents / caregivers in real traffic. Parents and caregivers are advised to accompany and assist the child during the first exercises. Some road rules have been deliberately omitted for the sake of clarity.
